Companioning (doula) work is life long and the application of knowledge is power! Since I began my doula journey over a decade ago, I have completed, and continue to undertake, multiple trainings, education and opportunities to equip me to support all reproductive, birth, loss and NICU experiences. I am ready to show up for you, to centre you, and to hand your experience back to you.
